Amazing atmosphere and wonderful food. Was able to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and the Oakdale breakfast sandwich, which was amazing. Can't wait to go back again.
This place is a showstopper. Space is amazing, atmosphere is amazing, coffee is amazing, staff is amazing, meals are amazing, pastries are amazing. This place allows you to truly relax and either study or connect with a friend. I've had several of their breakfast sandwiches and all their house made food and sweets are fresh and high quality. Favorite cafe in Rockingham by a MILE.
I ended up here after camping at the Natural Chimneys and it was so wonderful! Delicious, high quality breakfast, lunch, dessert, and full cafe. Such a delightful little find after being on the road and where sometimes all you can find is fast food.

Cute cafe with well priced food and drinks and a wide array of desserts. There’s indoor and outdoor seating available. The food is made fresh to order and is served on fresh bread.
Very friendly staff and great food, combined with a comfortable atmosphere that's quiet and great for studying, make Sugar and Bean my go-to for the only weekday that I'm off. I am able to get a lot of my work done because it's normally not busy at all and when people are here, it's relatively quiet. The breakfast and lunch here are amazing, along with their smoothies and specialty coffee and tea drinks making the prices worth every penny.
